I am Advocate Rakesh Pansari, founder of Pansari Legal Solutions LLP, and I welcome you to our official platform. My legal journey began in 2013 with the establishment of Pansari & Associates, a proprietorship law office based in Ahmedabad with a strong focus on litigation, recovery suits, cheque dishonour matters, civil disputes, commercial litigation, Matrimonial Disputes, With time, as our client base expanded and the complexity of matters grew, we realized the need for a collaborative and structured legal institution that could deliver strategic, time-bound, and multi-dimensional legal services. This vision led to the foundation of Pansari Legal Solutions LLP in 2024.

Our Legal Team – A Family of Advocates with a Shared Vision

Pansari Legal Solutions LLP is not just a law firm—it is a family-led legal institution founded by three advocates from the same family, each with independent skills and a unified purpose:

• Adv. Sneha Pansari, my wife and legal partner, brings valuable experience in matrimonial matters, family law disputes, women’s rights, and criminal litigation. Her approach is client-centric and solution-oriented, especially in emotionally complex cases.
• Adv. Rahul Pansari, my younger brother and partner, is an active practitioner at the Gujarat High Court, Sessions Courts, and Metropolitan Magistrate Courts. He focuses on property law, tenancy disputes, bail matters, and cybercrime defense.
